Asics

Asics is a Japanese company that is one of the leaders of sports shoes and clothing along with such giants as adidas and Nike. The founder of the latter started his business with the sale of Asics sneakers. The company was founded in 1949 by Kihachiro Onitsuka. The brand name is an abbreviation of “Anima sana in corpore sano”, which means “A healthy mind in a healthy body”.
