New Balance has announced a brand new sneaker silhouette called New Balance CT302. This model combines minimalism with the company’s heritage and traditional tennis design. The pair was designed by an all-female team and presented by the face of the brand New Balance Coco Gauff.
New Balance CT302 goes beyond trends thanks to a thoughtful update and modern style. The sneakers offer an enlarged “N” logo, as well as shades and details that we could see in the 327, 237 and 57/40 models. The pair’s midsole looks very familiar, but it has also received an upgrade, becoming like a high platform, compared to the usual models for the court. It is also worth noting the enlarged back, more rounded shapes, as well as an asymmetrical sock with a higher medial side.
As for the materials, the model is made of a mix of suede and rubber with leather and synthetic overlays. The tongue received one layer of nylon, which opens from the top in the style of retro models.
The beige-blue version of the New Balance CT302 will be released first. The release will take place this month, March 2022. The cost in retail will be from $90 to $100.
